As a WEX Marketing Automation Strategy Specialist, you will work with teams across the business to design, execute and optimize marketing automation strategies, driving lead generation, cross-sell, product utilization, and brand activation.

How you will make an impact:Develop and implement marketing effective marketing automation and strategiesCollaborate with partners and stakeholders to build, test, execute and measure automations that achieve business growth targetsDrive the development of dynamic audiences and segments, and deploy them in digital marketing channels and automated journeys to serve campaign objectivesDrive continuous optimization with A/B testing, use of AI tools, and data modelsServe as a SME in customer experience design through marketing automation capabilitiesCommunicate plans and results to key stakeholder across lies of businessExperience You'll Bring:

Strategic marketing automation expertise.Experience building automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or like platformsExperience building and segmenting dynamic audiencesA history of driving optimization through a/b testing and use of AI toolsA passion for innovation, keeping up with trends and education related to print, web, mobile, and social media technologiesApplicants must have a demonstrated ability to work with highly abstract concepts and incomplete information yet able to use sound business judgment to provide actionable recommendations to cross functional teams internallyExcellent organization, communication, cross-group collaboration, virtual team management, and analytical skills are also requiredPreferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience delivering growth through marketing automation strategyProficiency with marketing automation and other digital marketing platforms - Ideal, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction StudioBachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related area of studyMust be able to present a strong and diverse portfolio of marketing automation and/or digital channel marketing samples.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $102,000.00
