We pride ourselves on our reputation of professionalism, taste, resourcefulness and attention to detail.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between our design firm, clients, contractors, and suppliers, coordinating all aspects of the project from conception to completion. *This is an in-office role*Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and resources, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and expectations, providing regular updates and managing any changes to the project scope.Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and in-house team of interior designers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.Ensure all project documentation is accurate and maintained, including contracts, design plans, and client approvals.Maintain project details in all systems, including proposal management, task management, calendars, and ordering systems.Attend site visits to manage smooth management on site with trades, contractors, and clients.Resolve any project-related issues promptly, implementing solutions to mitigate project risks.Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards.Lead project meetings and provide detailed reports on project status.In depth knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, construction details, lighting design, and millwork designQualifications:Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry or a related field.Strong understanding of the design process, construction methods, and project management principles.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.What You'll Bring:A keen eye for detail.A passion for interior design and a commitment to excellenceThe ability to think strategically and be highly organized in a creative environmentA willingness to wear multiple hats (small design team)Self starter and resourceful problem solverWhat We Offer:A creative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary.
