Do you thrive on turning strategy into action and data into decisions? We need a B2B Marketing Strategist who excels at crafting impactful strategies, managing multifaceted campaigns, and staying ahead of the latest trends.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and generate leads for our B2B clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand strategy, digital experience, channel strategists and data analytics to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.Consult marketing clients on creating alignment with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.Conduct research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to meet buyer's journey.Work with the content marketing team to create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future efforts.Work with the data analytics team on testing methodologies to influence campaign optimizations.Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed.Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and lead driving strategiesManagement experience preferredProficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systemsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsAbility to develop and execute marketing strategiesBackground in email marketing strategy development and execution preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with account-based marketing. Experience with Demandbase preferredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of SEO and SEM best practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills
