The Opportunity

The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization has a dual charter of providing objective customer research, analysis, and marketing effectiveness measurement while advancing the use of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies to enable and track customer experiences across surfaces.

Within GMI, the Marketing, Planning and Analytics team was established to focus on developing deep media and customer insights to support integrated marketing planning across channels. The group closely partners with Global and Field Marketing, Finance, Go-to-market, business unit leaders and other corporate functions to provide guidance on business objectives.

The team is looking for a dynamic leader to own the development of planning processes and drive strategic insights for our business partners. Knowledge of financial planning, enterprise marketing and sales motions, marketing mix models and the ability to connect marketing results to financial metrics are critical. We are looking to build a comprehensive framework that considers marketing's impact at various stages of the sales funnel in order to optimize media investment and drive incremental returns.

What You'll Do

Lead a small, distributed team to help guide the marketing perspective on the right investment levels to drive marketing performance indicators in line with finance goals.Partner with all DX marketing leaders in various regions to build detailed plans.Build robust plans by understanding the role that each marketing channel plays and their independent efficiency curves.Align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance, go-to-market, and regional teams are key to the success of this position.What You Need to SucceedA minimum of 10 years of industry experience in marketing analytics with a proven track record of driving business impact.10+ years of marketing and/or finance experience in an enterprise sales environment.Strong understanding of B2B analytics and measurement.Experience with media mix models and underlying methodologies.Ability to dig deep into finance systems to understand historical spend trends which will advise future investment needs. Partnering with marketing execution teams to supervise key KPI's and map them to performance against funnel metrics.A passion for solving problems and tackling new challenges.Track record of leading change and implementing initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and part of a geographically team with varied strengths and building trusted relationships.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $291,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
