We are seeking a Producer to work on our next AAA title. You will work closely with our Audio and Narrative teams. Help facilitate communication, support development efforts and help resolve roadblocks not only when they come to your attention, but before they become a reality. Come make great games with us and become a part of our Production team!ResponsibilitiesWork with the Audio and Narrative departments on a daily basisCurate and maintain game documentationTake initiative to identify problems, establish facts, and propose solutionsGather estimates and work with developers to evaluate feature complexity and riskMaintain close communication with department leadsBalance day to day maintenance with long-term planning; need to recognize that production is not all about fighting firesEstablish and communicate production estimates, including estimates for when targets will be hitGet to know your team: pace, velocity, progress, ownership. Know what a critical change can do to the schedule and work with the team to determine what is best for the gameRequirements3+ years experience in the games industryExperience with scheduling tools (eg. Jira) and coordinating a project scheduleExperience with managing Audio or Narrative teamsPossess a general understanding of schedules, pipelines, and dependencies involved with developing gamesExperience in risk analysis and mitigationExperience with multiple project management methodologiesExcellent project management, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all individuals; stay calm and focused under pressureCapable of prioritization; able to manage several important items at once, and escalate challenges when needed, without allowing anything to be lost in the processPreferencesExcellent people skills including the ability to motivate people and inspire their creative talentsStrong passion for playing gamesFlexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as assigned by senior managementQuick learner, able to pick up new tools and technologiesFamiliarity with dialogue and cinematics pipelinesA passion for audio, narrative, or both!

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $82,000-$115,000 USD
