Turtle Rock Studios is looking for a Senior Audio Programmer to join our team! This role will involve authoring major audio features, evaluating audio technology packages, and applying your audio background and expertise to new challenges. As a senior engineer, you will be helping to guide our audio team as we develop new and exciting games.ResponsibilitiesWork with our team of audio designers and programmers to design, prototype, and implement new audio featuresEvaluate audio software libraries and make recommendations based on project needsMaintain and improve our audio technology pipeline and toolsWork with the sound design team to meet project requirements within performance and memory budgetsGuide and mentor other members of the audio programming teamRequirementsShipped at least one title in the role of audio programmerAt least 5 years of professional programming experienceShipped at least one console titleA strong interest in audio processing and creating an awesome player experienceExperience coding and debugging multi-threaded systemsProficient in C/C++Expert knowledge of WwiseExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently under deadlinesPreferencesExperience in Unreal Engine 4 or 5Prior experience shipping a multiplatform titlePrevious work on Multiplayer Action Games and FPS's a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or EngineeringBenefits

The estimated base pay range for this role is:
$136,000-$170,000 USD
