Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Management/Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, event planning, and content creation. This role will focus on managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and coordinating events that showcase our brand and values.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

- Create and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy

- Develop and execute engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that resonates with our audience

- Coordinate and plan events, including staff appreciation activities and other company-sponsored events

- Manage and maintain our activity and staff appreciation calendar

- Take high-quality photos and videos to use in social media content and marketing materials

- Analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation

- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement

- Excellent photography and videography skills (a plus)

- Experience with event planning and coordination

- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Salary: Based on experience
