Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase facility occupancy

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns

Coordinate with the admissions team to generate and convert leads

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources

Organize and participate in community outreach and networking events

Oversee social media and digital marketing efforts

Create marketing materials and content

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Represent the facility at professional and community events

Director of Marketing Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or long-term care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media

Ability to think creatively and strategically

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Knowledge of the local market and community is a plus
