Job Designation

We are currently looking for a skilled Videographer to join our team. The right candidate will be able to work in-office at our Atlanta metro headquarters on a regular basis, with the flexibility to work remotely when suitable. We offer a relaxed, professional, and flexible work environment.

The Video Production team creates Judgmental Training videos that work with virtual weapons systems to provide interactive, realistic training simulations for law enforcement and military personnel. Occasionally, this team provides support for in-house video marketing efforts.

The Videographer candidate will assist with all aspects of the video creation process including pre- production, filming, audio capture, and video editing. The right candidate needs to be attentive to details, highly organized, and able to interpret and communicate complex setups through both diagrams and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with military and law enforcement personnel and filming content that includes firearms and simulated violence.

The ability to travel within the United States and internationally is required.

Job Core Responsibilities

Shooting video: Basic lighting, audio capture, setup and operation of mirrorless and 360°Editing video: organizing, cutting, masking, color correction, audioCreating scoring zones using rotoscoping, masks, and motion tracking in AfterBuilding and testing interactive projects using proprietary in-houseAssisting in pre-production including location scouting, casting, and pre-Occasionally working with outsourcedTraveling as needed (including internationally or to military installations).

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Associate's or greater preferred.Applicable experience, demonstrated skills, and an approved portfolio outweigh degrees in the qualification process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior work experience with Law EnforcementDegree in media production or equivalentExperience with Sony camera systems (FX3, FX6, or a7 series).Basic proficiency in Adobe

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Local and International travel as needed for Video shoots (10-15%).Applicants must be able to get temporary security clearance from local military sites if such were required.
