**The Job:**

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute all commercial digital marketing for the Smart Storage Solutions business (Vidmar, LISTA, CribMaster).

This role will partner with the marketing team, commercial sales leadership, and commercial sales team members in driving lead generation. This role is pivotal in managing our digital presence, including our websites, marketing automation, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with other marketers to create compelling graphics and videos and support our events and tradeshows. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to make a significant impact on our brand's digital footprint.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of our Smart Storage team working as a hybrid employee at the Marietta, GA site.

You'll get to:

+ Works cross functionally with the Marketing and Commercial Sales Teams to organize and define the strategy for lead generating programs.

+ Project manages all tasks related to digital marketing execution.

+ Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and content updates of our new website.

+ Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and user experience and monitor website performance and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

+ Manage and optimize marketing automation processes using Pardot and Salesforce (SFDC).

+ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, customer segmentation strategies, analyze all campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

+ Assist in the planning and execution of events and tradeshows including coordinating marketing materials, booth setup, and promotional activities as well as managing event spend and budgets.

+ Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our presence on LinkedIn and YouTube and create and schedule engaging content, and monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience to build brand loyalty.

+ Assist in conducting market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and trends, and provide insights to the marketing team to optimize marketing strategies.

+ Track and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, such as lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement, and provide reports and recommendations to improve future marketing strategies.

**The Person:**

+ BA/BS Degree preferred. 3-5 years of Digital Marketing/Demand Generation or relevant experience

+ Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite and other ERP Systems. (SAP, BW, Salesforce, etc.).

Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, and other applications included in the Microsoft Office Suite

+ Proficiency using Pardot & Salesforce or other marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).

+ Design software proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe In-Design.

+ Encourage a continuous improvement culture, coupled with a strong customer-oriented strategy

+ Must have a proven record of effective project management skills.

+ Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

+ Is agile and adaptable to change.

Adept at prioritization and re-prioritization as needed.

+ Perseverance.

Must have a can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond in all you do.

+ Must be a self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement through the use of analytical problem-solving skills.

Position Specific Requirements

+ Travel requirement - 25% - 50% of the time

+ Required to work and travel on weekends as needed for Business Events: Trade Shows, Customer Meetings, etc.

+ Required to work outside of core business hours (8am to 5pm) when necessary for business needs.
