Advisors Excel's award-winning, in-house agency is looking for a highly talented individual to join our Graphic Design team. As a Production Artist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a multitude of print design projects for our financial advisors.
This position will work in our Topeka office; you'll be inspired everyday by a team of talented designers and an amazing culture. What you'll do:
* Make updates and revisions to print designs including typesetting, layout, photo editing and color editing* Update print collateral such as: booklets, event brochures, flyers, direct mail, marketing kits, PowerPoint presentations and other creative assets* Create design PDFs for client review* Prep final files to specification for various print formats* Save and store final artwork in approved client files* Work closely with art directors, graphic designers, and account managers
Experience you'll bring:
* 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar field* Working knowledge of software applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign* Strong attention to detail - provide quality, detailed work in a fast-paced environment* Organized and efficient while handling multiple projects* Willingness to take creative direction, adapt on the fly, and offer solutions that drive to succeed
Bonus Points:
* Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design or related field* Experience at an advertising agency or in a media/marketing environment
