As a Part-Time Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to promote our custom home building services, including organizing networking events and promotion through various social outlets. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the construction and real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our custom home building services.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
· Manage and update content on our website and social media platforms, showcasing our projects and services.
· Support the design and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
· Help organize and promote open houses, community events, and client meetings.
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and website management.
