Description We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team in the Senior living industry located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and marketing strategies, fostering relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring the community's values and mission are upheld.
Position Overview: permanent direct permanent position Salary range in the $70k - $80K range On site position 2 step interview process Responsible for managing one other person Full benefit and PTO package provided General schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends required Opportunity to drive sales through a variety of inbound, outbound and marketing strategies

Requirements What you will need: High school diploma and a four year college degree is required as is experience in marketing, selling, and leasing in a senior care space preferably an assisted living or similar setting At least 2 years in a sales and marketing position, preferably in real estate, senior properties, or hospitality services At least 1 year of direct, face to face sales experience including conducting tours in an assisted living or similar setting 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an assisted living or similar setting, preferred..
