Now, we are seeking someone to help us meticulously plan, execute, and create strategies for the next 3 - 6 months.Overview

Work directly with our co-founder and CEO. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn, lead, and gain hands-on experience in the operational side of marketing using different technology platforms. We are seeking a paid Marketing Intern to support our recruiting firm, with a focus on driving awareness and engagement among GTM talent, VC partners, and business founders / hiring leaders.What Success Looks Like:Subscriber Growth: Establish a list of engaged subscribers across key audience segments (talent, partners, and hiring leaders) through targeted campaigns and content. Ensure that our contact lists are efficiently segmented to maximize campaign effectiveness and compliance

Email Campaigns: Execute ongoing email campaigns effectively, with clear metrics demonstrating audience engagement and improved conversion rates.

Content Impact: Drive high engagement with newsletters and social media posts, resulting in increased open rates, click-through rates, and shares.

Brand Presence: Achieve growth in brand awareness through multiple channels among our ICP, GTM talent and VCs, evidenced by an increase in qualified inbound leads, website traffic, and social media presence.

What Were Looking For:Manage and optimize email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or another tool, focusing on list building, management, and segmentation by key audience types.

Podcast Management: Assist with scheduling podcast topics, writing descriptions, and coordinating with our producer for editing and website uploads.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content strategies that attract and engage GTM talent, and grow and maintain strong relationships with VC partners and hiring leaders.

Provide insights on new marketing tools and other technology platforms to improve our outreach efforts - help determine the best platform for campaign management

Work closely with recruiters and the sourcing team to tailor marketing efforts to specific hiring needs and business goals.

Assist in content formatting and graphic design to enhance the visual appeal of newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.

Qualifications:Pursuing or holding a Masters degree candidate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline

Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot and LinkedIn

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship during the internship

Nice to have - experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
