Description

Creates compelling digital content that engages our customers and primarily delivers them to our digital properties.

1. Supports Creative Manager, Creative Director, and VP, Creative to create seasonal and weekly marketing assets for emails, store signage, social media and video channels.

2. Designs for seasonal and monthly creative campaigns by interpreting and executing against creative direction.

3. Works directly with Creative Lead and peers to introduce new and innovative designs and features.

4. Shares projects for approvals and feedback to Creative Manager and/or Lead at larger internal creative reviews and impromptu creative check ins.

5. Continually drive and evolve design execution for all channels and campaigns.

6. Designs and creates deliverables to schedule, including internal and vendor milestones.

7. Follows workflow to meet business and creative deadlines.

8. Maintains awareness of design trends, adds to the culture of creativity and inspires others.

Qualifications

1. Two to five years' experience in a creative role with an in-house, corporate, agency or similar creative team.

2. Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create digital promotional content and/or user interfaces.

3. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

4. Strong sense of design principles, including typography, color theory, spatial relationships with a refined eye

5. Ability to create simple, conceptual illustrations in line with brand, preferred.

6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design, graphic design, digital design.

7. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects from concept through final production.

8. Experience creating animations and motion graphics preferred but not required.

9. Experience working with photographers and photo teams preferred but not required.
