The Royal Caribbean Group's Silversea brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Account Executive, Onboard Marketing on the Marketing team.

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

The Sr Account Executive of Onboard Marketing is responsible for supporting the Lead of the department in conjunction with operations and shipboard teams to identify, recommend, develop and facilitate the standardization of branding guidelines for the Silversea brand. The Sr AE will be the key contact for supporting and sustaining a partnership with segments of operations and will be responsible for leading strategic and tactical branding initiatives and programs designed to achieve or exceed satisfaction targets within all onboard channels. This position will support the global strategy for all onboard communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:Establish the full onboard marketing and strategy including processes for developing and distributing printed and digital collateral and communication.Provide guidance and direction for the creative execution of new offerings and experiences while collaborating closely with key stakeholders for both internal and external revenue areas.Own relationships with Hotel Operations, Marketing and Onboard teams to provide relevant and strategic feedback on the best practice approaches to support their products and initiatives.Develop the tactical thinking and execution skills of team members.Lead partnership efforts with operations, shipboard, and brand teams to ensure all entities are informed and aligned with the branding and communications strategies, the brand platform, and corporate strategic goals.Lead the charge to ensure all guest facing communications align with our brand's identity and messaging is consistently executed across the fleet.Guide the development of onboard communications that will improve the overall guest experience onboard.Provide guidance and direction for the creative execution of new activities and experiences that align to our brand and continue to set us apart.Partners with various marketing channels to ensure all communications follow brand standards from creation to ongoing support of a product or service onboard.Generate, increase, and engage consumer awareness of existing or new onboard offerings or experiences delivered through internal or external partners.Drive awareness and results for new products to increase onboard revenue across all channels by closely overseeing and managing the execution process.Manage department budget with collaborative teams.Other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:BA/BS required in Marketing, Advertising or related field required3-5 years' experience in marketing, advertising, and/or agency experience.Proven success with launching and collaborating with teams in the launching of new products and services from ideation to delivery across channels.Experience in supporting business partnerships, vendors, internal and/or cross functional teams.Ability to present plans and ideas to all levels of employees and management.Global experience a plus.Good communication and presentation skills.Occasional travel required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:Expert presentation skills, both written and verbal.Comprehensive understanding and experience in effective internal and external communication strategies.Knowledge and understanding of products, services, brand essence and marketing objectives relative to competitors and potential partners.Ability to actively participate in cross-functional teams to define and implement product development and partnership strategies.Excellent idea person. Proven track record of developing, leading and implementing innovative and successful creative strategies.Excellence in managing and motivating staff.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Excellent communication, planning, time-management and follow-through skills.Experience in change management.Sound financial management skills.Ability to achieve results within budget and target deadlines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:The position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting or pushing up to 25 pounds.Requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines such as computers, printers and telephones.Requires flexibility to work occasional overtime, evening hours and weekends.Works in a typical office environment with moderate noise generated by telephone conversations, computer, printer, copier and light traffic.
