We are a growing company seeking a VP of Marketing with a background in Hospitality to propel us to the next level. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment.
Requirements for VP of Marketing:
Restaurant Marketing experienceExperience managing retail products, including creative packaging, shipping, and distribution preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills for developing effective marketing campaigns.Significant experience in management and profit & loss (P&L) oversight.Proven track record in budget and project management.Deep expertise in leading qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on brand health, consumer behavior, and product portfolios.Some travel in the South EastQualifications for VP of Marketing:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.Over 10 years of progressive experience in brand development within Food and BeverageKnowledge in consumer packaged goods (CPG), particularly adult beverages would be a plusAt least 5 years of experience managing a marketing department in a highly competitive category across multiple brands.Strong experience in leading and managing creative, paid media, and public relations (PR) agencies.Benefits for VP of Marketing:
