Marketing Manager , this role is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of marketing events and promotional activities for the organization. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through events and campaigns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional merchandise for eventsUnder the direction of the Marketing Manager, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendanceUtilize digital marketing channels, email marketing, social media, and press releases to raise awareness and generate interestCollect and analyze event data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing eventsPrepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvementsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and content, to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with overall marketing strategiesManage on-site event operations, including setup, registration, attendee engagement, and post-event teardownManage relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and partners, ensuring deliverables are met and expectations are exceededConduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future eventsStay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processesPerform other related job duties as assignedREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESExperience working on marketing campaigns and knowledge of digital marketing and social media platformsHigh level understanding of a B2B businessAbility to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesProficiency in using event management software and marketing toolsExcellent organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindsetAbility to lift up to 30lbsAbility to travel extensively and work on weekends during eventsEDUCATION AND EXPEREINCEBachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required2-3 years’ experience working in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communicationsBasic knowledge of photography and media productionExperience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment with a proven track record of creative and successful events is a plusBudget management experience is a plusWE VALUEFlexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance;Strong project management skills.
