We’re seeking an experienced professional to develop and maintain complex business intelligence applications and solutions to meet the needs of our Operating Units (OUs) customers. This will involve the analysis of business intelligence needs and requirements to design, test and troubleshoot appropriate solutions.
You will be expected to create data models for custom reports and dashboards that can consolidate information from a variety of sources and present to stakeholders in a concise and easy to understand manner.
You will also be responsible for the management of databases; using business intelligence tools to manage reports; monitoring the performance of business intelligence tools; providing training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field
* 2 - 4 years of report writing experience using BI and analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, OBIEE, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects, SSRS or Access
* In-depth experience designing and building business-friendly interactive dashboards in Tableau
* Expertise in SQL and database management systems
* Experience with ETL tools and processes
* Demonstrated familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques
* Excellent analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
* Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Google Tools
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, Tableau BI development and association or publishing industry preferred
