VoIP and Unified Communications Specialist

DescriptionWe are looking for a VoIP and Unified Communications Specialist to join our team at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In this role, you will be responsible for conducting network and telecommunications system incident investigation, monitoring DoD-wide voice/video support hardware and services, and maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing network devices. This position requires proficiency in TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems, and competency in devices/vendors such as CISCO, Juniper, Nortel, ACME Packet, Oracle, Palo Alto, and Session Boarder Controllers. Additionally, you should have a general understanding of IP and transport network topologies and hold a current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification.
