Job DescriptionWe are an award-winning beauty tool brand searching for a talented, hard-working, creative individual for the role of Full-Time, In-House Graphic Designer. Based in the South Florida Treasure Coast area (specifically Port St Lucie), this position is NOT remote but offers significant growth for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a results-focused, self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Job Summary for the Graphic DesignerThis role involves providing exceptional creative design and top-tier creative materials for our brands' interactive media and print graphic needs. The position emphasizes support for paid social ads, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns, alongside print graphic design and marketing tools. The successful candidate will handle projects from the ground up, working across multiple brands to deliver quality and innovative designs. Flexibility, willingness to wear multiple hats, and strong communication skills are essential.Essential Functions of the Graphic DesignerThe Graphic Designer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of successful advertising and branding projects, from conceptualizing ideas through production. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designing and illustrating emails, landing pages, logos, and program assets across multiple platforms (print/digital/social media)Creating visually compelling designs specifically tailored for paid social ads, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and drive performanceSupporting the design and production of digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, and static banner adsDeveloping and executing creative concepts and designs for landing pages that align with marketing objectives and enhance user experienceContributing stellar design skills with creative, edgy, and bold concepts for marketing and branding projects with a keen eye for simple, strong designManaging creative workflow and providing quality control over your workCollaborating with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals, with a focus on paid social, landing pages, and email campaignsCommunicating directly with retail partners to provide assets based on individual guidelinesEssential Skills and Knowledge of the Graphic DesignerStrong communication skills and ability to stay on-task through project completionA portfolio showcasing a range of project types, particularly web/digital/email/social design, and printProficiency in Figma is requiredExperience designing for paid social ads, landing pages, and email campaignsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Bridge)Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Email marketing skills, including creating email campaigns and flowsStrong visual sense and originalityComfortable working in a Mac environmentAbility to balance work on several projects at a time, multitask, and meet deadlinesGood team working, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skillsUnderstanding of branding, creativity, and presentation developmentBasic knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify (a plus)Knowledge of barcode platforms like GS1 (a plus)Understanding of web and printing specifications2-3 years of design experience requiredWorking knowledge of project management and communication tools such as Clickup, Slack, Trello, etc (a plus)Experience in Video Production & Post-Production (a plus)UX/UI graphic design for landing pages and product pagesPhoto sizing and optimization for eCommerce sitesUnderstanding of site structure, and deployment of design elements for eCommerce sitesHTML5 animation, banners, GIFsDesigning email banners and marketing collateralPaid media graphic designExperience:Graphic Design: 2+ years (Required)Figma: RequiredWork Location:
