Watch this video to see more of what sets Starkey apart. https://youtu.be/9cUYwTlCepg?si=wkovx8 R iINfrc6 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing campaign results; assisting with preparation of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. * Prepares marketing results by collecting and summarizing key performance indicators for marketing campaigns. * Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. * Supports marketing staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. * Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications. * Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * Other duties/responsibilities as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS * Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification) o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising * Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job) o 0-1+ years' marketing, advertising or comparable business experience Knowledge / Technical Requirements * Microsoft Office suite of programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Knowledge of creative production process. * Familiarity with media planning and various marketing tactics. * Digital marketing and social media experience is required.
