Job Description
This role would be onsite at our Research Triangle Park, NC office.
Enters and updates information in SharePoint, including the Employee Gallery and Clients Talk on PSI Live
Organizes and maintains marketing databases and folders in SharePoint, PSI Live, and BD Marketing
Monitors the departmental and PSI blogs for newsworthy content to share
Keeps track of marketing news shared on external sites (PRIMA links) and updates internal databases
Facilitates various website updates
Helps to curate various pieces of employment brand-focused content
Assists in creating social media promotions of lead gen and employment brand content
Creates artwork for social media and PSI Live
Assists in designing marketing materials for PSI campaigns and events
Coordinates swag mailings and the shipment of meeting supplies and conference materials both in the US and internationally
Coordinates internal communications for marketing projects
Handles article queries and update requests
Qualifications:Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, in English, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field.
