Job Summary:The Office/Ad Operations Administrator serves as the company's first point of contact, managing front office reception and a variety of administrative tasks. Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing and delivering proof of performance documents related to campaign execution.

Job ResponsibilitiesEnsures timely delivery of proof of performance documents and photos for client and agency campaigns.Addresses building issues promptly through company systems or established processes.Manages and distributes communication materials, including contract announcements, company rosters, celebration notices, and office signage.Keeps the reception and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.Greets clients and visitors, providing assistance, information, and directions with a friendly and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.Handles incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating deliveries and pickups with services like FedEx and UPS, and sorting and distributing mail.Oversees the maintenance and functionality of office equipment, arranging repairs and managing supplies as needed.Tracks and replenishes office supplies to ensure stock levels meet the needs of the team.Performs additional tasks as required.Job QualificationsEducation and CertificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent work or military experience.Work ExperienceTwo (2) + years of related administrative work experience preferred.SkillsProficient in drafting clear and concise emails and other written communications.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Capable of effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks independently.Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.CompetenciesAdaptability:
