About the Role:

As a Communication Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across internal, external, and client-facing channels. This role requires a versatile communicator skilled in managing corporate communications, public relations, and marketing content. You will play a key role in shaping our company’s voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms, and driving messaging that aligns with business objectives. As part of a small team, you’ll often find yourself wearing multiple hats and stepping outside the usual boundaries of the job description to support the company’s growth and success. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong writing skills and a strategic mindset, who excels in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple communication channels while adapting to evolving priorities with agility.

Internal Communication Management:Oversee and facilitate internal communication efforts, including product updates and departmental events.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and refine internal communications.Manage, direct, and facilitate company-wide meetings.Utilize CRM and email platforms to produce and distribute internal communications.Maintain and update the internal hub website.Client Communication Management:

Produce and send client communications and ensure consistency across all client communications.Work with SMEs to develop and refine client-facing messages.Write executive summaries for RFPs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.External Communication and Public Relations:

Cultivate and manage relationships with media and PR contacts.Monitor product updates and client news to identify press release opportunities.Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to develop press releases.Generate content, such as articles, for the executive leadership team.Develop and execute PR strategies, including crafting engaging news pieces on relevant topics.Marketing Content Development:

Manage Web & SEO vendors, overseeing keyword strategy and content optimization.Stay informed on industry trends and news to identify blog and article topics.Strategize with the sales team to create and implement multi-touch, audience-targeted communication strategies.Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related fieldExceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for various platformsProven experience in media relations and press release management.Proficiency in creating a wide range of marketing content, including blogs, whitepapers, and email campaigns.Experience managing social media strategies and SEO content.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while having meticulous attention to detailProactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in SaaS or financial services, automotive, or lending sectors.Travel required:

Less than 10% travel
