We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer that enjoys solving complex problems with data-informed solutions. This person will be a core member of our growing design team in helping to create a best-in-class Enterprise SaaS product with desktop, tablet and mobile touchpoints.
Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, the Senior Product Designer possesses a balanced toolkit of research, interaction design, and prototyping capabilities. As a Senior Product Designer, you are capable of performing discovery research with users, creating journey maps and task flows, and developing prototypes to test your concepts and designs. You're also adept at being excellent collaborative partners with our friends in Product, Engineering and QA.

What You'll Do:Design experiences that are engaging, efficient, intuitive and solve real problemsCollaborate and solution closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to ship an extraordinary end-to-end user experienceParticipate in user research and usability studiesPrototype flows, concepts, and interactionsDevelop deep expertise in your product's problem areaWork closely with our design system team and developers to ensure the successful technical implementation of your workChampion the tenets of good product design and leverage partnerships with others to build awareness throughout the organizationInteract with users to develop a solid understanding of their workflows, environments, needs and pain-pointsRepresent our users in product strategy and roadmap discussionsMentor designers, helping them build context, strong decision-making skills, and empathy for our users by providing feedback to help strengthen the teamUnderstand the users deeply across different segments through research, user insights and lead product design to drive measurableWhat You'll Need:

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $115,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
