This role is located in San Francisco or New York.

The LinkedIn Sales Solutions team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and collaborative professional to develop and manage executive engagements. This role requires the ability to think both at a strategic and programmatic level, be able to effectively drive processes and consistency across the business and deliver impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing and executing customer engagement plans that maximize executives’ time in a highly visible fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving single client engagements and briefings with the goal of deepening relationships and building trust with senior customer decision makers. The role requires orchestration across a variety of internal stakeholders and external customers. It also requires someone who is agile, works well in ambiguity, and can jump in to solve issues and drive deliverables from start to finish.

Engagements may be in-person or virtual, and may be executed in a variety of formats, from 1:1 meetings to full or half-day briefings in LinkedIn Executive Briefing Centers. Additionally, the role will be responsible for guiding best practices for executive engagement across the business, creating consistency in execution and reporting, and driving global collaboration. Additional responsibilities include reporting emerging trends, driving content development and recommendations for briefings and innovating engagement strategies.

Finally, the ideal candidate will have strong collaboration, communication, storytelling and budget management skills. They should be a self-starter who has demonstrated strong prioritization and project management skills and has the ability to navigate complex organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an executive engagement strategy that will unlock, build, and nurture relationships, provide thought provoking conversations and create meaningful engagement between customers and internal LinkedIn executives.

Proactively prioritize and plan executive engagements in alignment with business objectives.

Run an effective triage process for all customer engagement requests from the Sales team.

Plan and support executive customer visits to LinkedIn Executive Briefing Centers. Ensure the engagements are appropriately leveled and supported with content and insights that address the team’s and the customer’s most critical and strategic priorities. This may include facilitation and presentation of the engagements.

Align with stakeholders, including Sales, Integrated Marketing, and Product Marketing, to ensure messaging and experiences compliment the needs of our customers.

Build content strategies that align to important narratives and thought provoking topics, driving memorable conversations

Implement engagement tactics, online and offline, to support pre and post event pull through.

Act as a single point of contact aligning with Sales

and stakeholders to prepare for onsite visits, working directly with associated the staff of internal executive leaders from planning to execution, and driving follow up actions and communications.

Own reporting, including emerging trends, engagement and impact insights and communicate outcomes.

Deeply understand Sales Navigator and deep sales, along with unique persona and industry use cases, to deliver high value impact.

Some travel will be required (up to 20% of the time)

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of executive engagement or executive communications experience

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus in event marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with Sales teams and SaaS experience preferred

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a highly collaborative environment

Experience developing content strategy, including the ability to tailor and personalize narratives to be relevant for various audiences

Experience developing, presenting and executing event strategy

Strong executive level presentation skills and presence

Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from idea through execution, build strong internal relationships, prioritize resources based on business impact, and build consensus and alignment on critical initiatives.

Strong attention to detail and follow through

Excellent interpersonal and written + verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others – on any given day you will engage with other Marketing teams, Sales, agencies, customers, etc.

Adept at quantitatively measuring and communicating program effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
