The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for maintaining and executing lookbook requests and sampling requests. The Junior Graphic Designer is also responsible for assisting with various graphic related projects including collateral materials and graphic development. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Create quality development of key sales collateral: lookbooks, speed mocks, mock magic set up, mockup requests, style guides, and catalogs, etc.Manage and maintain the graphics and headwear portions of the iPad. Keep information and appearance up to date as products and graphics fluctuate.Manage and maintain the uploading of new graphic launches to the database. Keeping information up to date as changes occur.Proactively manage deadlines in accordance with calendar.Assist with collateral needs pertaining to graphic related projects such as sell sheets, graphic books, mood boards, art mocks for catalogs, etc.Create custom, relevant, and engaging headwear graphics, focusing on each of our various channels (Collegiate, Resort, Golf, Corporate etc.) while incorporating new techniques and materials for each season.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional team members (Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Product Development).Maintain understanding of L2's various headwear product lines, and brand platforms (Legacy, Ouray, Locale).Ability to clearly present and communicate graphic vision to senior leadership.Essential Functions:

College degree in Graphic Design or related fieldGraphic Design experience is a plus.Proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteCompetencies:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses office electronics such as a computer, phone, etc.

Essential Functions and Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time hourly position, and work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work will be necessary as needed.

Travel:

This position may require a small amount of travel, less than 5%.
