About the Sr. Director of Marketing

Upperline Health is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing to lead all the marketing and communications efforts for the company.

This will include all aspects of marketing including brand identity, digital advertising, print, product positioning, and community relations for our rapidly growing physician practice and Accountable Care Organization (ACO). This person should enjoy fast paced environments, rolling their sleeves up to problem solve, and constantly adapting the processes and systems to support our physicians in the field and our ACO initiatives.

The leader in this role should have a comprehensive understanding of how to build and manage a multi-site healthcare marketing and advertising strategy. They will also be responsible for positioning our ACO in the marketplace. They will employ processes to ensure consistent and professional digital and print footprints for all of Upperline and its affiliates, as well as work with operations to set goals, budgets and strategies to achieve those targets. They will work to onboard new acquisitions and incorporate or merge their brand identity into Upperline or its affiliate. This person will work with outside vendors and internal staff to achieve the goals needed. The Sr. Director of Marketing is a key contributor to the growth of Upperline and our ACO across the country, specifically helping our new providers and de novo opportunities, increase same store growth and to transition new practices.

What You'll DoWork collaboratively across the organization to plan, direct and lead the implementation of strategic marketing and advertising programs for all affiliates of UpperlineOwn and manage vendors and team to optimize multiple marketing channels including: SEO optimization, reputation management, digital advertising, branding and logo, print material, social media, physician liaisons in various markets and any other mediums as neededConduct industry research, brand management, business development, community connectivity efforts and service line marketing and awarenessWork proactively with operational leadership and serve as the liaison for advertising or media outlets to ensure Upperline is at the forefront of appropriate opportunitiesResponsible for Upperline and its affiliate marketing spend and calculating and reporting on ROIManage all internal and external communication channels and messagingQualifications

5+ years of multi-site healthcare experience, preferably with a private equity sponsorExperience in a high-growth or early-stage start-up is a plusBachelor of Science degree in business administration, marketing or related field is required.Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.Excellent communication, conceptual, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving abilities and organizational skillsSolid understanding of inbound and omnichannel marketingUnderstanding of analytics/measurement approachesUnderstanding of PPC and SEOUnderstanding of all channels of marketing executionExperience managing and mentoring othersStrong attention to detail and proofreading skills
