The Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive support for the Global Marketing and Communications Department, the Brand Team. This role will support the day[1]to-day operations of the department by managing administrative duties to ensure cohesiveness across all Marketing projects. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to strengthening the relationships between our department and internal customers across the business and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our work.

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Support the Chief Brand Officer with scheduling and select admin tasks.Perform meeting preparations, prepare agendas, and record and distribute minutes or other records (with follow up and actions clearly noted). Including the support of the teams’ project list to ensure deadlines are consistently metSupport marketing team project leads to contribute to project progress and task completionOversee the team’s use of Monday and run point on the transition to AsanaProvide team support in pulling together monthly reporting, following the marketing operations lead’s directionsSupport the development of new internal processesSupport trade shows, as neededMaintain and organize Marketing documents, databases and filing (Box and drive storage)As needed, support the greater teams across the company to secure required permissions for content, use of photos, as well as other related contentSupport with research and timelines for new opportunitiesManage the execution and fulfilment of North America swag, establish relationships with vendors and source swag as needed.Coordinate with both in -house finance and legal teams as directed by team leadership and marketing budget decision makersAdhere to company safety policies and proceduresAttend meetings, seminars and training sessions as requiredPerform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribes by the companyMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred1 plus years’ experience in marketing, communication or admin roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge and experience of using Asana preferredCan do attitude and approach with marketing know-howProven self-starter and driven to get things doneEager and energized to be a part of a fast-paced global team in a fast-paced industryWillingness and ability to occasionally travel to New York, UK and globally if neededWorking Conditions and Physical Effort:
