We are uniquely communicative and responsive with a fast-paced growth culture.Role Description:As the VP of Marketing at Kigo, you will play a pivotal entrepreneurial role as a strategic marketing generalist driving our marketing strategy and execution across the business. The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative environment of rapid iteration and is energized by the challenge of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines simultaneously. As a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, you will lead our marketing efforts, being a hands-on individual contributor while also effectively delegating and managing work to others, including our internal marketing agency partner. Your ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to the fast-paced growth culture at Kigo will be key to your success in this role, as you help us set new standards in loyalty experiences powered by cutting-edge blockchain technology and AI.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and execution of marketing and growth initiatives across the businessDevelopment of strategic marketing content, presentations, and pitch deck materials for prospective enterprise customers leveraging the Kigo platformOwnership of marketing channels including website, social, PR, and email —including overseeing creation and delivery of content such as press releases, executive communications, thought leadership pieces, and direct-to-consumer marketing materialsTight collaboration with key internal stakeholders including sales, product, and shared marketing/digital services teams to support growth objectivesDriving the brand vision and ensuring consistency in positioning, messaging and design standards across all communications and materials to maintain a strong, cohesive brand identityUsing industry expertise and data/analytics to provide strategic guidance, measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisionsRequirements:10 years proven marketing experience – preferably within a fast-paced agency, startup, or consulting environment, with experience in customer loyaltyExceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with a background in brand or corporate marketing project management processesStrong attention to detail, resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience leading a (remote) team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlinesHands-on experience with common tools across the full marketing stack, and fluency in marketing channel metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysisAbility to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersPassion for loyalty, blockchain, AI and emerging technologiesBenefits:Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work at the nexus of technology, marketing, and loyaltyContinuous learning and development opportunities
