We are looking for someone who is excited to tell Middesk's story in a variety of ways through visual marketing.As part of the design team, you’ll be responsible for transforming data, concepts, and messaging into engaging visual communications that will be distributed across many channels.You’ll collaborate directly with our Product, Revenue, and Leadership teams to produce compelling designs that communicate Middesk’s value and brand.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with teams to create compelling content that scales across web, video, written, and digital advertising, while having an excellent understanding of creating marketing content, and a strong design aesthetic.What you’ll achievePartner directly with teams to tell the story of Middesk in simple, delightful ways.Collaborate with Design, Revenue, and Product teams to concept, execute, and direct end-to-end product launches, digital campaigns, in-product messaging, content development, landing pages, internal presentations, and marketing materials.Confidently prioritize, manage and multitask between different projects and deadlines.Innovate and explore creative ideas for improving our users’ experiences through marketing communications.Understand, relay, and evolve our brand strategy, design guidelines, and best practices.Be an advocate for design to educate and enable others to create on-brand experiences.What you’ve accomplished4+ years of design experience, ideally with exposure to technical companies and/or working in-house.A positive attitude with a curious open mind that values collaboration and feedback.A strong desire to collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.An understanding of how marketing design connects to business objectives.An eye for presentation design and strong storytelling skills.Detail-oriented demonstrating precision and accuracy when writing and designing.Systems thinking with an in-depth understanding of layout, color, typography, and user behavior.The ability to brainstorm and see an idea through from concept to launch.A degree in design or an art-related focus.Additional skills such as animation, prototyping, illustration, or other creative outlets.Why you'll love it hereCustomer First: We stay energized by solving real customer problems and make each interaction meaningful and embrace the challenging path to help our customers succeed.Be an owner: We identify and tackle problems, take pride in our work, and measure impact.
