Our work touches all storefronts across Web, E-Commerce pages, and the app experiences on console.We are looking to hire a hands-on Sr UX Designer to help design solutions for consumer facing e-commerce landing pages & experiences, to help conceptualize, design and deliver world-class user-experience solutions across an array of cutting-edge projects. You will have your work featured on one of the top 10 most visited sites in the world. This individual will partner closely with the Creative Director, other designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders.This person must have a passion for learning and growing and love a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You should have excellent technical problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task while working with minimal supervision. Candidates should possess a strong, dynamic personality who sees a set of design constraints as a challenge for creativity.Responsibilities include -Collaborating with Design Manager, Designers, PM's and & Writers to develop e-commerce website concepts that span all digital frontsParticipating in and leading creative brainstorming sessionsConcepting new ways to visualize page designs and customer journeys that will showcase products & servicesBalancing marketing objectives, the brand, and product requirementsPresenting UX page designs & concepts to internal teams and key stakeholdersWorking with designers to oversee execution and production of landing page designsMust have -5-7 years UX Design experience in various design disciplines including interaction and visual design.Deep understanding and examples showcasing UX skillset and direct contribution to improving the customer experience. (e.g. what was the customer issue and how did you help solve the customer problem?)Online portfolio showcasing best B2C and/or B2B work examples for web and mobile optimized applications.Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, FigmaProjects or examples on how data has been utilized to make data driven decisions (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, A/B testing, Usability & research).Well defined process and design methodology when approaching design solutions and projects.Nice to have -Ecommerce / retail experience
