As the Head of Corporate Communications, you will oversee all internal and external communications, crafting narratives for various audiences.What You Will Do:
Develop and Lead Communication Strategy: Create and implement the company’s overall communications strategy.Oversee Internal Communications: Drive employee engagement through a strategic internal communications function.Partner with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior team members to craft compelling narratives.Manage PR Agency: Lead and manage PR agency efforts.Leverage Communication Channels: Utilize both earned and owned channels to enhance Skillz’s reputation.Optimize Executive Communications: Refine and advance the strategy and voice for executives.Manage Online Reputation: Oversee the company’s online presence to maintain a positive reputation.Job Description:
8+ years leading and scaling communications teams in a fast-paced environment.Extensive experience in both external and internal communications.Proven ability to lead and manage PR agencies.Demonstrated portfolio of work, including PR coverage and social media campaigns.Proven ability to run and deliver results on large-scale projects.Startup or turnaround experience with a proactive mindset.Healthy tenure with a track record of staying in positions for 2 or more years.Las Vegas local or willingness to relocate to Las Vegas.Join Skillz and Let's Redefine the Boundaries of Gaming!
