Development & Communications Director

to develop and implement the fundraising and communication goals of the organization.

This is an excellent part-time job for someone who has family responsibilities or is semi-retired, doing work that will directly help your community. We offer autonomy and flexibility for employees, including periodic working from home and adjustable work hours each week.

The ideal candidate will have:

An outgoing personality that connects with donors and the community and represents our mission and services well in public.

Demonstrated experience as an effective fundraiser and communicator.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, presentation, written, and listening skills.

Digital and social media literacy and competence.

Is self-motivated and works well independently as well as in a team.

Shows initiative, creativity, and good judgment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
