Plan, organize and implement sales-driven programs, festive campaigns & public relations activities for shopping mallsDrive comprehensive marketing strategy for iconic Grade A commercial properties including developing and monitoring pre-launch campaignManage marketing campaign timeline and budget, as well as monitor and evaluate the campaign effectivenessLiaise with tenants to provide promotion supportManage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social mediaPartner and work closely with agencies / vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaignsCommunicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for bringing commercial values to our shopping mallsRequirements:
Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines10 – 15 years’ solid and relevant working experience in organizing and implementing mall & tourist promotions, digital marketing, advertising and public relations activitiesHands-on experience in managing pre-opening project is preferredExperience in advertising / branding / PR agency and / or social media agency is a definite advantageCreative, mature, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced working environmentTactful and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants, business partners and stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to detailsProven language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; good writing skills in English is a mustHow to apply:
