Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to help develop and execute our digital marketing strategies. This role requires a combination of marketing acumen and basic graphic design skills to create compelling content and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HubSpot and have a keen eye for design to support our branding and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Content Creation:
Design visually appealing graphics and marketing materials for campaigns, social media, and the website using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
HubSpot Management:
Utilize HubSpot to manage email marketing campaigns, track leads, and analyze performance metrics. Create and optimize landing pages and workflows.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future strategies.
Social Media Management:
Assist in developing and scheduling social media content. Engage with followers and monitor social media trends to enhance our online presence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, a plus
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Familiarity with HubSpot and its various features, including CRM, email marketing, and automation, is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
Experience with additional design tools or video editing software, a plus.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, a plus.
Previous experience in distribution, a plus.
