Job Description:Provide supports to Mapping/GIS supervisor overseeing Mapping personnel in collecting and inputting mapping data into the GIS system.
Job Duties:Assist supervisor in training, monitoring, and developing personnelReview, approve, and post projects in the mapping systemResponsible for updating and maintaining the backlog databaseGenerate and update various reports for tracking performanceAssist supervisor and ensure department goals are met
Position Requirements (Required Skills):Associate degree in engineering discipline or equivalent work experienceExperience in Automated Mapping GIS is a plus5 years of mapping, engineering, or GIS experienceKnowledge of mapping systemsStrong computer skills
Pay Range: $22 - $26 Hourly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
