What you’ll be doing:Develop proposed organizational structures for new business units and assist leadership with continuous structural adjustments.Oversee organizational redesign initiatives, partnering with business leaders across Canada, Mexico, and the US.Work with the HRBP lead on Performance Management and Succession Planning to integrate relevant data into organizational design.Assess current and future talent needs and role requirements in collaboration with business leaders.Collaborate with the HRBP team and Legal leadership to implement organizational designs and structures, ensuring legal risks are properly managed.

Need to have:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organization Development (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Design and Development.Comprehensive knowledge of HR practicesProficiency with Workday, Mercer OD design methodology, tools, and systemsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.
