Architectural Designer
for our
Austin studio . The Architectural Designer is responsible for leading all design phases for interiors projects, establishes the vision, leads the team, and has extensive client interaction.
Specific responsibilities will include:Produces, reviews and finalizes design deliverables for all project phases (concept through CA)Coordinates with team throughout and holds primary responsibility for technical design and delivery of each project Coordinates with Sub-ConsultantsWorks with technical leadership to ensure coordinated and code compliant documentation at each project phaseEnsures adherence to set budget and immediately informs PM and/or client of any potential variances to the budget
Qualifications:Graduate of architecture school: equivalent experience may be substituted3+ years’ experience in corporate or workplace design projects preferredStrong Revit Skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advanced Revit and Enscape skillsExtensive knowledge of design principlesProficient with space planning, concept development, and specification of lighting and finishesStrong sketching and rendering skillsStrong architectural detailing skillsExtensive knowledge of CD and CA phase coordinationExtensive knowledge of building systems, codes and ADA requirements
