Senior Marketing Manager (Hybrid Seattle)

Our client in the electrical and technology space is looking for a creative Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This role will be onsite in their Seattle office, Monday-Thursday. On Friday's the team works remote. As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for: -Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning them with the companies brand values and business objectives -Write RFP responses and oversee regional marketing and project pursuit efforts, including writing and development, process optimization, documentation, and timely responses -Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to create cohesive marketing strategies -Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement -Utilize data-driven approaches to inform strategies, assess campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement - Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials -Lead the development of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences -Manage resources, including budget allocations and staff planning, to ensure efficient and impactful marketing operations What you need to know as a Senior Marketing Manager: -7+ years in project management within a marketing context, preferably in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department -Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience -Deep understanding of contemporary marketing practices, particularly digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management -Proven track record of leading marketing teams and projects, emphasizing team development and mentorship -Expertise in using platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, or Hubspot -Knowledge of the electrical, technology, or AEC sectors to craft relevant and impactful strategies is a bonus -Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and business requirements Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
