VP/ Sr. Director - Marketing Technology

iQuanti is hiring a Digital Technology leader to grow its Digital Experience solutions revenue by 3x-4x over the next 5 years, by creating & driving large deal themes, set up and execute partnerships/practices with leading marketing technology platforms (CMS, CRM, CDP, Personalization platforms etc.), drive thinking and offerings to unlock revenue growth for iQuanti.

Core Focus :iQuanti’s Digital Experience team is comprised of professionals with deep expertise in building, managing, and hosting websites, landing pages and web applications. Revenue growth of the Digital Experience business is the primary objective for this role. Meeting revenue targets will be the primary KRA.

Responsibilities :This role involves:Sales and Solution Strategy:Identify pain points of Digital marketers and find relevant technology opportunitiesArchitect technology solutions that meet specific customer needsPartner with engineering teams in India to identify and develop differentiators

Go-To-Market / Sales Support:Develop GTM plans for various Digital Marketing Technology solutionsOwn the development of sales collateral and GTM playbooks for all technology solutionsPartner with Account teams and Consulting teams to create a strong pipeline of opportunitiesCollaborate with account teams to author compelling insights and strategies during presales pitches/RFPsParticipate in sales conversations with prospects/customers to create a positive and lasting impact of iQuanti’s solutionsManage partnerships with Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce, and other leading martech providers

Experience and Key skills required:Overall 12+ years of experience with large agencies or digital teams of large IT firms or Adobe customer success in developing, implementing, and selling technology solutions3+ years of experience in formulating and closing large ($1M+) deals for existing or new clients in the US regionMust have 5+ years of experience implementing Adobe Stack (AEM, Target etc.). Experience with the Salesforce stack is desirable.Thorough understanding of end-to-end development lifecycle and agile practicesGood understanding of design principles and the entire design process required in developing and redesigning websitesGood understanding of customer data platforms like CDPs, DMPs, etcDemonstrated ability to collaborate and work with global teams comprised of multiple cities, cultures, and commensurate time zonesImpeccable organization skills, and exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal formAutonomous, multi-tasking workstyle
