We are looking for a nimble, innovative and enthusiastic graphic designer with a strong work ethic to join our Cincinnati office. The role requires a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and a willingness to collaborate across disciplines. Previous experience in experiential / environmental graphic design is preferred, but candidates demonstrating a desire for professional growth and education without prior experience are welcome.
What You’ll DoBe a part of an interdisciplinary team of designers and architectsCollaborate with the senior members of the graphic design team on client projects including (but not limited to) experiential / environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, and brandingInteract and communicate with clients and consultantsCreation of marketing collateral, including designing for print and digital platforms, as directed by the Marketing DepartmentCollaborate with department directors and firm principals on internal projects, including (but not limited to) campaign / firm initiative branding, print design, and EGDPerform research and analysis as necessary for client, marketing, and internal projects
What You Need to SucceedBachelor’s Degree in Design or Fine Art preferred3-6 years of experienceExperienced in Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopProficient in Microsoft 365 – specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDriveStrong communication skills, including written and spoken; public speaking skills a plusCollaborative and positive mindsetAbility to utilize time management and balance multiple tasks and deadlinesCuriosity and a drive to constantly expand your design and professional skillsEnthusiasm for finding creative solutions to problems and exemplary strategic thinking
