Job Title: Design Specialist (CAD + RHINO)Location: Greater Phoenix, Area (West Valley)Work Schedule: On-Site, M-F*Full-Time Position with Salary + Benefits + Flex Work Schedule

A Design Engineering/Specialist job is now available via The Keller Group in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area (West Valley). The Design Engineer will support various aspects of the design process used to manufacture high-quality custom pieces in the event industry for tradeshows and exhibitions. We are looking for professionals with a passion for creativity and bringing ideas to life! This role requires hands-on experience using CAD and Rhino.

Please note, this is a highly collaborative and energetic team that values team work and face time, so this is an on-site position. You must be comfortable commuting to an office Monday-Friday.

Design Engineer/Specialist Responsibilities & Skillsets:Work closely with account and project management teams to interpret business needs and create customized concepts, sketches, and 3D designs for a variety of projects/campaignsPrepare drawings of pieces, parts, and assemblies involving selection of scales, dimensions, detailed views, etc.Assist in the preparation of CAD files for submission phasesAdjust, edit, and otherwise rework CAD models to meet design esthetics and functionality expectationsCommunicate and adhere to project timelines and status while managing shifting prioritiesAssist in setting up and maintaining design shared filesDevelop strategies and proactive resolution to any potential obstacles related to project deliverablesExperience using various CAD programs - creating detailed drawing, plans, and schematics using software, incorporating dimensions, annotations, and other technical information.Must be detail-oriented, organized, and thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentMust be willing to work on-site M-F (full-time/salaried position + benefits)

Design Engineer/Specialist Required Skills:Proficient use with CAD / Rhino SoftwareFamiliarity working with Google & Microsoft SuiteStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsThrive working in a collaborative, all-hands on deck environmentAbility to proactively make decisions and trouble shoot prior to escalationComfortable working on-site M-F
