Overview:The Media Trader is responsible for performing all assigned activities related to trade desk planning and managing programmatic advertising campaigns for online advertising clients. Media Trader will execute and optimize display, video, and mobile programmatic or real-time bidding (RTB) campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIES:Understand the programmatic media landscape trading for clients that include Display, Video, Native, CTV, DOOH and MobileUnderstands Marketing attribution and cross channel measurements Develop strategies to achieve campaign goals.Execute programmatic campaigns from the RFP through client reporting in Multiple Demand Side Platforms. (The Trade Desk, OneView, DV 360, Amazon, etc).Ability to extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client reports.Build and evolve relationships as a point of contact with media vendors and technology partners, day to day clients, and internal teams.Coordinate with exchange partners to optimize and troubleshoot as necessary.Work through ROI models to ensure ad systems get more profitable over time.Liaise with internal partners such as Account Management, Media and Ad Ops teams to implement and execute campaigns.Produce analytical, status and campaign performance reports.Collaborate with the trading desk team on RFP’s, strategy, and other duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Demonstrated ability coordinating diverse groups of people to a successful outcomeEffective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAble to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needsExcellent writing, editing and communication skills using a variety of mediaExcellent project management and organizational skills and ability to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and able to quickly master internal systems and applications.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:BA/BS degree required, with concentration in Marketing, Math or Statistics a plus1+ years’ experienceKnowledge of demand Side PlatformsProven self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities.Strong analytical, written and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of MS Excel (Pivots and Macros a plus).Understanding of how the Web functions.Experience with web languages including HTML, JavaScript, and SQL a plus.Experience in digital agency advertising a plus.
