Overview:USIM is a full-service, integrated, media planning and buying agency. We are media agnostic – aligning the most successful and efficient media strategies with the goals of our clients, regardless of channel. This person must be able to communicate interdepartmentally and possess strong communication skills. This person will be the liaison between billing and accounting in terms of payable duties.RESPONSIBILITIES:Accounts Payable duties including data entry of invoices.Generate bills specific to assigned client accounts and maintains 100% accurate billingMonthly Client Accounting duties such as billing and client reconciliationsIdentifying, issuing and resolving both client and vendor invoicing discrepanciesReconcile vendor invoices to media contracts and delivery to determine paymentBuild and maintain positive working relationship with various departments of the organizationReporting and requests mostly in support of collections and auditsMaintain vendor and client files

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and proactively seek feedbackEffective communicator with strong communication skills that is result and solution orientedDetail oriented with a strong work ethicHighly organized and an effective time manager, comfortable working with multiple timelinesGood analytical skills including critical thinking, data analysis, research and communicationStrong Microsoft Excel knowledge.Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)Ability to work independently and to proactively problem solve with little directionExperience in the Advertising industry including knowledge of Strata or Media Ocean is highly preferred but not required.Working knowledge of Media advertising is preferred but not required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing/Media, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or three years of professional business experience3-5 years of business experience
