" Content Development and Management Specialist "
for one of our clients. We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.
Content Development and Management SpecialistLocation: Berkeley, MODuration: 12+ months.Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr.
Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources. Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements. Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation. Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications:• High proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.• Proven experience in designing and developing training programs in a manufacturing environment.• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.• Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.• Experience with the identification and implementation of process improvements to learning enhance related solutions.• Proficient with Microsoft office.
