Job Description:We are in search of an Instructional System Designer (ISD) with expertise in creating technical training for skilled trades, manufacturing, and production staff involved in aircraft manufacturing and assembly.>

The ISD will conduct needs assessments and performance diagnostics at both individual and organizational levels to determine suitable solutions for performance gaps. They will design, develop, and implement learning solutions and evaluations that fulfill critical business objectives.>

The candidate must have the ability to handle all aspects of design, development, and delivery of a complete product.Required Qualifications:- Develops and collaborates on Training Strategy development.- Evaluates, plans, and designs technical curricula for skilled trades.- Conducts training needs assessments.- Assesses the organization's needs using methods and tools such as charters, scoping tools, and a standard needs assessment process.- Develops design documents.- Skilled in complete video production, including customer collaboration, storyboard creation, narration, acting when necessary, and final editing.- Applicants must submit work samples with all components developed independently .

Instructional Systems Designer

(ISD) should be skilled in Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, They should have extensive experience in instructional design and curriculum development.ISD

should have over five years of work experience in instructional systems design, with a solid understanding of adult learning theory, learning styles, and learner needs.

Ideal candidates

may have a background in developing technical training, previous experience in the

aviation

or

aerospace

industry, or roles in

manufacturing

as an Instructional Designer or Curriculum Developer.
