Job Title: Employee Development Spec 4Location: Berkeley, MODuration: 12 Months

Job Details Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources. Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements.Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area.Deploys development tools and monitors implementation.Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications: High proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.Proven experience in designing and developing training programs in a manufacturing environment.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.Experience with the identification and implementation of process improvements to learning enhance related solutions.Proficient with Microsoft office

Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of structures, electrical and/or mechanical manufacturing processes and documentation (specifications, blueprints/REDARS/MBI, planning/MESci/GOLDesp/CMES/Velocity, etc.) including materials, techniques, and quality control.Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a master’s degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge manufacturing processes and documentation (specifications, blueprints/REDARS/MBI, planning/MESci/GOLDesp/CMES/Velocity, etc.) including materials, techniques, and quality control.Knowledge and understanding of learning management system course and curricula architecture, curricula management, curation, and course maintenance.Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools.Experience creating and delivering Stakeholder and Executive briefings.Expert knowledge and experience with Quality Management System and Material Review process.Critical Evaluation Skills

Education Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
