About the PositionAre you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Home Care Powered by AUAF is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, this individual will manage Home Care Powered by AUAF’s social media, follow with brainstorming and creating content for all digital communications.

Objectives of this rolePlan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Home Care Powered by AUAF, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social mediaEstablish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute contentWork with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Home Care Powered by AUAF’s digital presenceMaintain consistent brand messaging across all social channelsIdentify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experienceCreate and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage content for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communicationResearch, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaignsPrepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIsCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniquesDevelop and monitor campaign budgetsStay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Home Care Powered by AUAF marketing campaigns

Skills and qualificationsSocial media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trendsStrong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practicesAbility to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trendsStrong project management and managerial skills

Preferred Requirements5 years of experience in Marketing or related fieldCollege degree in Marketing or related fieldExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchUnderstanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
